Beautiful 1-Bed Apartment in Grade Listed Warehouse - Victoria Quays, Sheffield City Centre, FREE Parking, Pet Friendly, Netflix

The property was in a good location and we were able to park early outside it. We were able to bring our dog.

I had asked for the sofa bed and the bedding had no covers on. The toilet seat was wobbly. The cooker hob didn’t work which we didn’t discover until we tried to cook our evening meal. There was a very poor selection of dishes and kitchen equipment. The information booklet asked that if you had any complaints to contact the owners directly rather than leaving a poor review. I complied with this request and 3 weeks later am still waiting for a response from their complaints department. Had they had the curtesy to reply l would not be writing this negative review.

Keys were in a different lock box to that stated on the details sent - had to ring the agent to find the correct lock box

beautiful apartment, clean and tidy, comfortable bed, easy access, nice and warm, a lovely stay.

The only slightly irritating bit was no coffee pot! There was a half bag of filter coffee in the cupboard which presumably a previous tenant had left, along with teabags and sugar, but as a coffee drinker it drove me crazy that there was no coffee pot to make the coffee! Luckily, I'm that daft that I carry little sachets of instant with me 😁
