Location

Poorly equipped. No parking permit. Totally unresponsive owners so we had just to put up with it.

Character of building and area, washing machine, wifi.

Not clean, no teatowel, dishcloth, bathmat, dishwasher liquid, kitchen cleaner, dustpan, mop, tin or bottle opener. Only 1 wineglass. No freezer! Not even an ice tray. Very little food storage space. Loose toilet seat. Broken shelf unit in bathroom. Netflix wouldn't work with their details. Floor was soft in places. 1 hole covered with rug. No drainage in bathroom and almost impossible to have shower without wetting floor. Couldn't turn off bathroom light. No mid stay service, even though over a week. Very hot especially in mezzanine when was hot outside, needed top sheet but only duvet. Some of these things remedied when complained, others not.

Easy access, good communication and very flexible on parking which was appreciated.

The place was a bit tired. Light coming off the wall in the bathroom, wonky cupboard. Asked for sofa bed to be made up and it wasn't.

Being told that the police were looking for the owner. Not checking that the parking permit on in the apartment before our arrival. We left a day early as we did not feel comfortable staying for the last night.

Excellent location for what we needed . Size and facilities perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment was warm enough and not too much noise.
