Sur Booking, le spa est présenté comme inclus, mais la restriction horaire pour les enfants n’était pas clairement indiquée lors de la réservation. C’est décevant car c’était un critère important dans notre choix d’hôtel. Si j'avais su, je n'aurais pas pris cet hôtel car on paye pour le Spa. De plus, petit-déjeuner cher pour ce qu'il y a.

Lit hyper confortable, Suite très spacieuse, salle de.bain exceptionnelle mais accueil et service exécrable, on a clairement l'impression de déranger. Les espaces.communs sont sales, très défraîchis.

Pereonnel pas accueillant, pas pro du tout. Une boîte à clé ou à code aurait mieux.fait l'affaire, franchement une honte. Du jamais vu de toute ma.vie alors que je voyage beaucoup depuis toujours.

De eieren met spek waren koud, het brood en de sandwiches waren droog en hard. We hadden geen douchegel in de douche. Er was slechts één restaurant open van het hotel, we konden hier als hotelgasten niet terecht wegens volzet. Het bubbelbad op de kamer was defect.
