"Great location....awful caravan!"

Situated close to the beach and great access to surrounding areas

Sadly that caravan was filthy! Unflushed and unclean toilet, found empty toilet roll holders on the floor and urine in the toilet. There was dust and hair from previous occupants everywhere. Unclean bedding. Lounge cushions with holes in. Broken toilet roll holder. Paint peeling on the radiator. Keysafe difficult to get into. I tried to contact the owner and the company attached but no luck. Still to hear back a week after our stay. Booking.com have been fantastic with helping resolve issues . Unless issues addressed would not recommend booking.

"Disappointing"

Lovely homely caravan loved the extras games and dvds for the grandchildren .Ideal position close to shops and facing the park .Grandchildren loved the bath .

The bedding in main bedroom was dirty cutlery was dirty.We stayed in the caravan on 2019 and it was perfect then I understand the caravan is older but didn't expect it to be dirty .

"Most awful caravan we have stayed in. Filthy and uncared for AVOID"

Site operated by Haven holidays but had no responsibility for the caravan we booked. Facilities around the site were good. Good Coop supermarket on site

Filthy Caravan, lack of contact details for owner. Bed linien dirty and stained. Freezer completly jammed up with ice. No instructions for central heating boiler which meant heating came on at night with no way of turning off

"Not happy with the state of caravan"

Location was nice

No freezer as left fully frozen and door wouldn't shut Blinds either didn't pull up or were not attached which one struck a guest. Pots and pans not clean Out of date pat testing Light in bedroom not working main one No vacuum to keep place clean with taking dogs Cigarettes left in pot outside of caravan Rubbish left under one of beds No contact with owner

Very nice caravan could do with updating the beds in second bedroom.

The only downfall was been woken up very early with the crows on roof and outside very loud. And the noise of cars over the speed bump right outside the caravan.
