"We were bombarded our entire stay, when we were doing nothing but being respectful, not even in the room half the time."

Location was the only good thing about this property.

The place itself was smaller than photos showed, staff was unbelievably rude.

"A relaxing getaway for families."

A nice stay for families. Friendly staff and guests. Northside Park fireworks display visible from the deck. A short walk to the beach. Covered parking. A full kitchen stocked with dishes, etc. Clean and safe environment. A short walk to several restaurants.

There is a loud air conditioning unit on the balcony. Soundproofing between units could be better. No cable or local channels available on the TV.

I liked that it was clean.

The bed was terrible. Felt cheap, like one of those out of a box mattresses that has been over used. The bed frame was even worse. Even though we were told there wouldn't be any overhead noise, the air conditioning unit was right on the wall on our deck and was really loud in the living room. It also looks like the ceiling leaks.
