Marylander Condominiums, 90 steps from the beach

The bed were very old and uncomfortable.

The staff was super friendly. They were very informative.

The cleanliness of the pool area.

I thought the property was absolutely stunning very clean and the owner is an absolute doll baby they go above and beyond the arcade room is really cool for the kids. A lot of updated games and a lot of new toys. The swimming pool is indoor and it’s very clean. You’re right outside of the beach parking is super easy. Me and my family’s definitely going back.

Staff was great. Facility was great. Condo 406 needs some fixing.

Condo 406 had a rug with curled up corners that we tripped on several times. No air-conditioning in the bedroom. Large sofa was so overused that you sank so far down it was VERY difficult to get up. The condo owner needs to take care of these things and should be prohibited from renting 406 because it gives the Marylander a bad reputation.

The condo apartment was wonderful: newly renovated, clean, and we had a view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, Tammy made us feel right at home from the get go ( may I add, we arrived much later than expected, due to traveling from CT through multiple tropical storms).There's a door code lock to enter the property later in the evening, for safety.The beach is very clean, and truly is right there. We took walks to local businesses and attractions ( if you like ice cream, try A-La-Cone 👍).

There's really nothing to include into this review of the property. I wish for some people who stayed there to be more responsible in observing the "no smoking" signs, but that's everywhere.

Location, proximity to the beach and park, balcony with view of the ocean, my condo had well stocked kitchen, lots of towels were provided, neighbors were quiet and considerate

The condo needs a dehumidifier - the futon and couch felt damp, especially the futon. The wifi was very bad for streaming video, it was fine for data.
