Marylander Condominiums, 90 steps from the beach

The location of this facility is beautiful, we picked 127th st because it's not too busy on the roads and there is a lot to do very close by. Within walking distance is multiple places to eat, the beach, and fun activities. The pool was nice on those dreadful rainy days. There's a cute arcade room as well, great for any kids.

When we arrived, the current rod with the curtain were shoved into the corner by the HVAC, we found out later that the previous guests broke it off the wall. There were small ants getting in from outside the balcony on our first night stay. We also noticed almost immediately that our feet were getting incredibly dirty from the floor. Turns out they didn't clean the floor and there was a lot of sand under the rug. One of the staff members acted condescending when we asked if we could have a roll of toilet paper, saying that it's our responsibility to get it. I was okay with this policy, but no one informed me previously and there was nothing in the booking or a sign indicating this. Also, one of the people in my group asked a different staff member for toilet paper a few days prior, and that employee did not mention this policy. The lady I spoke too held a condescending tone, but clearly the staff aren't always on the same page. The dryer in our room barely worked, it took forever to dry and even after multiple attempts the laundry was still damp. The sliding door to the balcony often got stuff because the track seemed to have a lot of wear and tear. Due to the initial cleanliness issues, my boyfriend and I decided to wash the sheets before we slept on them. This is where we learned the dryer takes multiple attempts for the laundry to be remotely dry. On the protective sheet that is labeled do not remove, we found hair, dust, and a toenail. This was very gross. The staff did remedy a few of these issues for us, but it was not a good look.

Location in regard to beach. Balcony from room was amazing. Staff was very nice. Amenities were good.

Wi-Fi was terrible, no cable so unable to watch tv most of time. Not overly clean and up kept building, but condo was nice. Parking lot is terrible, not much room to get out of car.

Perfect location ,walking distance to the beach

Loved how close we were to the beach.The condo had everything we needed.it was very cozy and comfortable. Staff and other guests were friendly. I loved the decor my family and I enjoyed our stay wish we could have stayed another day.

Nothing to complain about except for the noise. There was a family above us that were loud constant hard walking back and forth and a child that ran and jumped around alot at night and next door to us there was a banging sound that was happening for a little while.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect and all common areas were very nice.

Unit was dated, missing some things that were to be there, broken things in the room and found things under the beds and tables telling me it was not cleaned as well as it should have been.
