Marylander Condominiums, 90 steps from the beach

The apartment is really right next to the beach, dining room with kitchen has enough space for four persons, two queen size beds in the bedroom, kitchen is well equipped, the staff in the building was very friendly

A lot of small things that contribute to my lower rating: a lot of utensils in the kitchen were not clean, the TV has no channels set and the WiFi is so poor that I had to use my hot spot. The bathroom is small and dark, one lamp was not working, at least the staff brought a night stand lamp as back up, also had to ask for a toilet brush, the AC was working but extremely loud.

Very spacious, very clean.

The unit was beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The only issue was that they were doing fire alarm testing one day. It was very loud and lasted about an hour. We were notified beforehand so it wasn't a surprise. Just the noise was a nuisance

Room 307 has beautiful potential however… needs deeply cleaned needs TLC, for instance…. arrived sliding glass door wouldn’t close or lock, pizza remanence in oven, bed is broken, bathroom sink leaking with wet rug, dirty sofa and red chair, linens and towels were dirty , WiFi was in and out of service.

Close to the beach

Would have liked a better view of the ocean instead of facing another bldg and a tree in the way of viewing the ocean.
