Marylander Condominiums, 90 steps from the beach

The close proximity to the beach and walking distance for eateries and things to do. The beach was beautiful and clean. I liked the idea of having our own living space different than a hotel. It was ok; met expectations due to proximity to the beach and having an indoor heated pool. The manager of the building was very friendly and informative.

The condo was dated. There was an odd odor in the lobby, the elevator smelled different every time with not pleasant odors. Our condo smelled like the previous occupant deep fried food and the smell lingered our entire stay. The receptacles needed to be updated. The only outlet we found to have a good connection where the plug was not falling out of the outlet was the gfci outlet in the bathroom by the sink.

The cleanliness and beautiful upgrades to the room. Few steps to the beach that was never crowded!

Our TV didn’t work and we went this week on vacation to watch the Olympics so I was very disappointed in that.

It was close to the beach and park. Decent food in walking distance too. The hot water was amazing, never ran out.

Beds were uncomfortable. There were lots of light switches to nothing. Dirty Sox from prior guest under bed. The light in the bedroom exoded in my husband's hand. Maintenance came while we were out, which I said was okay, but they left my door open, not just unlocked open. Very loud, you can hear the people above you and on both sides. The ac units are on all the decks, so you can't really sit outside because it's loud and they throw a lot of heat. When booking I could not pick the room, which was okay, when I booked they asked age of children, I have 3 kids one is a 2yr old and i was given a place without a bath tub, just a shower stall, I had to take my child to a friend's condo to take a bath, thank god they booked somewhere else.

The location was perfect! The condo had everything we needed. It was a great size for the 4 of us.

The beds were uncomfortable, especially the pull out sofa. The walls are very thin and could hear everything from our noisy next door neighbors.
