Awesome views of the bay Good privacy and short walk to beach

Be aware there are lots of steps if you have bad knees or very small children but the location is worth it

The view was sensational and close to the beach for swimming. Great choice of double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Beds comfy. Excellent directions to get there.

Gaps in flywire that let in mosquitoes Only one wine glass in kitchen Glad wrap and foil need replacing, kitchen sink plug needs replacing No blind over decking door as morning sun was very strong Old rusty broken fan in lower bedroom Guest book very shabby and needs updating House needs a deep clean and declutter

The location was spectacular. As advertised.

The steps up from the carpark are dangerous for seniors and small children. There are no handrails, and parts are sloping downhill. Also, the whole place could use a bit of TLC. Carpet in main bedroom had holes in it - laundry door handle comes off in your hand. Advertised as having air/con, but only 1 in lounge; only fans in bedrooms. Only 2 fly screens for all of living area/upstairs bedroom, and they are either ripped or don't seal.
