Casa La Florida - Holiday Rental

Sara was very kind and approachable. She greeted us and said goodbye with a smile. Everything was very clean and tidy. She also gave us recommendations on places to visit.

Very comfortable apartment great space

This is a fantastic little property and myself and my partner really enjoyed our stay here! It has a terrific roof terrace with plenty of space for eating, catching some sun and even has views down to the sea. Inside you have everything you need - hob and oven, fridge freezer etc. Internet seemed great and plenty of channels on the tv if you fancy taking some time away from the sun. Bedrooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Really, really nice place to stay in and felt like home by the end of the week :) We didn't use the pool but it looks lovely and is just a short stroll from the property. The property itself is in Los Altos but is literally a 2 min walk to a few bars/restaurants/shop. There seemed to be live music at various times as well so you do have plenty of stuff on your doorstep if you don't want to venture too far, and our stay was at the end of April 2025 so still early in terms of holiday season but plenty of people around so you won't be isolated. A short drive away, or if you're up for a 10-15 min walk, there are a couple of supermarkets nearby including an Aldi. We had a car which is handy for supplies but we often resorted to walking. Easy enough to drive out to places such as Villamartin Plaza, La Zenia Boulevard Centre, but if you're quite comfortable walking you should be able to walk to La Zenia Boulevard in around 25-30 mins depending on pace and then it's not that much further to get to Playa Flamenca beach from there. We did that walk and even went around the beach walking round to Cabo Roig before heading back - although that is a fair walk but you can always stop off somewhere for refreshment :) So a great property and also a great host. Sara was there to meet us and was so lovely and helpful to both of us. She is a treasure and was always on hand in case we had any queries. She also did her very best to accommodate us and for that we are extremely appreciative.

Perfect checkin with Sara. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. The property was clean and nicely decorated, with attention to detail. Plenty of linen/towels and a great shower pressure. The bed was really comfortable and the decor was relaxing. A quiet neighbourhood with a few bar options on the doorstep.

A more comfortable sofa would really put the icing on the cake.

Honeslty for the money we paid it was spot on, clean comfortable, location was perfect. Literally a short walk to bars and restaurants and a few shops for bits you may need. Short taxi rides to the beach and boulevard. The roof terrace is lovely, but I could probably do with a bit of the shade area up there, but other than that, that was great. The apartment is nice, we stayed me and my family of 4, and it was comfortable enough. The community pool is nice, too, quite big clean, ideal for a swim for a few hours, and it's open till 10 pm, so if you want a later swim to cool off, that's nice. We must put a huge thank you out to Sara the star as we call her because she couldn't do enough for us, Sara met us when we arrived with the keys and when we checked out, but also she was at the end of the phone anytime we had a question or query and it was never a problem she is so lovely and made our holiday alot more relaxed so Sara thank you so much from us.

Maybe a new umbrella or cover for abit of shade on the sun terrace but that's if I am being really picky.
