Comfortable, well equipped kitchen, spacious, fantastic private roof terrace with seating! Good location to local bars and restaurants. Communal pool is located 2 minutes away. Sarah was an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful and informative, timely, easy check in / check out experience and a just a gem!

Lovely apartment comfortable beds, lovely staff Highly recommend.

We were looking for a house or apartment in a hurry after we had a place what didn’t existed. After a few minutes we booked this amazing apartment! And the host(Sarah) was so friendly and welcoming, she give us a good advice over de area. We are definitely argee mij husband and children That we are coming back, in the summer time.

The property was exactly as advertised. It's a great location, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed.

There were noisy neighbors a couple of nights, but not for long.

Good Location

We did not get what we expected and paid for. On our entire stay there was a terrible sewage smell from the bathroom, witch got worse during our stay, The smell was so bad that we felt unwell. We told the owner about this the second day we arrived, and he just told us that this was normal in whole of Alicante area. Well that was a lie, and nothing was done to fix the problem. The toilet was loose when we arrived and it turns out that the sewage smell came from there. The shower head was leaking, but was fixed more than a week into our stay!, the apartment was not clean when we arrived and we had to clean it ourselves, the towels provided was old and unusable to dry with, the water from the air-condition had to bee drained from bottle's twice a day by us, the owner did not inform us about this until the water started leaking from the unit and we complained! The beds was uncomfortable and noisy. When we complained to the owner about this and asked for Compensation he refused to answer. We had to complain about this to Booking.com, when they confronted the owner about this he refused to pay any kind of compensation to us, but still Booking.com provided us with some compensation themselves for this. So kudos to Booking.com for providing great customer service! Choose something else, you will not get what you pay for here!
