"Poor"

Location was central. The bathroom was clean.

There were dirty stains on the sofa couch that weren’t shown on any pictures so we’re unable to sleep on. Wardrobes had broken drawers.

"Super central, be prepared to fight for your security deposit back"

central, good check in instructions, clean

took FOREVER to get the security deposit back. told to wait 14 working days which was odd, actually took 28 working days and a lot of nagging otherwise i don’t think we would have gotten it back.

Nice top floor flat, sun flooded through the balcony window, all amenities included

So many stairs! Room 25 top of the building! Furniture and blinds a bit tired and shabby, all blinds had lost their rod to open them

Nothing.

All of it. This is an absolute shit show. They ask for a deposit on the day and then just don’t return it. DO NOT BOOK. You can contact the person as they never have there phone on. I am going to do everything i can to make sure this gets taken off booking.com so people dont make the same mistake as me. Rude staff. No hot water. Scamming a deposit out of people.

"Deposit system is awful"

The location.

Horrendous deposit scheme. Took 23 days to get my deposit back. Absolute joke. I had to send countless messages to get my deposit back, and texts. You do feel like you are being watched being welcomed by a giant camera so they can track who is coming in and out of the property.

the bad out weights the good beds comfortable and the apartment was a good size however would not recommend and would warm anyone to check reviews before booking

have to go down a alleyway to get into property did not feel safe. lots of outdoor steps no lifts. looks dirty. Once you book told that have to pay a deposit am still waiting for it to go back into my account almost 2 weeks later. flat looks tired and marks on the covers on sofa. Better places to stay close by with less hassle. Would not recommend
