Great location

Inside the property was bleached very well as that’s all we could smell, but were stains still around the flat. The 2 beds in the rooms were very comfy and we had everything we needed. Was a great location for us

Where to begin. So they messaged a few hours before we were meant to check in asking to transfer the deposit to an account or through a link they sent me which was not in the description and I finally got my deposit back after 16 days of staying at the property. We arrived at 3 to have been given the wrong code for the first gate to get in but luckily another group had turned up at the same time and had the right one. The outside was run down and dirty. We got to a second door and we had the right code for this one and the other group had the wrong one however it still took us multiple attempts for it to work. Inside the building it was disgusting. There was a half eaten chicken wing outside our door, it had a horrible cat foot smell throughout the whole stair and was just in need of a good clean. I found when contacting the staff they were sort of helpful at first but became rude when our code didn’t work etc which was their own fault. The sofa bed is like sleeping on a book case it’s so uncomfy and I hardly slept at all. Overall disappointed by the trip and was so much more hassle than it was worth

Fantastic location for everywhere and was perfect size for what we needed. Very good for the price.

The sofa beds are very uncomfortable and slightly unclean. Wasn’t a huge issue though.

how clean it was

too many stairs should state before reserving the property dosent state about £200 deposit even after paying £400 odd got email the day of heading to Newcastle
