Loft carino, dotato di ogni confort ,Alexa compreso. Ambiente pulito e accurato. Daniele, l'host molto disponibile e accogliente . Ci ha portato perfino della focaccia calda molto buona . Posizione strategica per raggiungere Matera in auto .

A circa 3 km dal centro. Appartamento ampio , accogliente e pulito ,angolo cottura ben attrezzato , frigorifero ben rifornito , colazione varia e abbondante, per tutte le esigenze . Bagno confortevole e finestrato, biancheria pulitissima. Parcheggio libero a ridosso della struttura. Il proprietario Daniele, organizzato e fornisce parecchie informazioni utili su come muoversi a Matera, gentile e molto disponibile. Ottimo prezzo. Da consigliare

Todo impecable, mejor que en las fotos. Anfitrión increíblemente atento y amable. Nos sorprendió trayendo foccacia para probar! Muy comunicado y atento. Aparcamiento comodisimo. Un lujo en Mattera.

It was like staying in our own little Matera cave downstairs . A huge apartment with a full kitchen with everything you coujd possibly need ! Comfortable bed , big shower and 2nd bedroom to put our cases ! We coujd park our car right out the front . The best part was the hostess - her thoughtfulness and kindness - we arrived to a fridge full of goodies , she even went out and bought fresh amazing focaccia for us ! Amazing loved our stay

Fine for us we had a car , but it is 5 minutes drive to Sassi area and there isn’t anything walkable around the property .

Appartement is zeer ruim ,goed en uitgebreid ingericht. Fijne regendouche .uitgebreid ontbijtaanbod , goede verlichting. Afstand tot Sassi ongeveer 10 minuten met auto. Goede parkeergelegenheid . Snelle reactie van Daniele in geval van vragen. Info over Sassi in appartement, maar ook uitgebreid vooraf via app

Beperkt contact met buiten door kleine ramen

Logement avec parking, récent et bien équipé. Il est en sous sol mais une fenêtre permet d'avoir la lumière naturelle et il n'y fait pas trop chaud. L'arrivée a été fluide et les gâteaux pour le petit déjeuner sont un plus super agréable. Merci pour ce séjour.

Amei este flat, confortável , maravilhoso , banheiro grande ,voltarei com certeza, lugar para estacionar, não vi nada que desabonasse o local !
