Very tidy, perfect communication.

No Information about leaving in the basement with almost no day light.

Everything was perfect. The appartment is bigger and very beautifull. Daniele was soo gentle and make me feel like home. The location is nice for who wanna go to sassi matera, very close from car. And the house has free parking. Very nice. I do recommend

Great place! It has all the necessary amenities! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and it is convenient to park a car (there is enough space). Thank you for the attention we received from the owners! :)

Daniele reached out to us well in advance with detailed instructions for self check in. This included additional information relating to visits in Matera, walk map and parking suggestions. I just followed the walk map and ended up not missing any important spots. These were not expected but did make a big difference. The property was beautiful and arranged for us. We had our own personal time and felt at home. Would strongly recommend this.

The best place we've stay in Italy, great apartment and quiet neighbourhood with plenty of free parking spaces. Recommend it!

The appartmemt is very nice and comfortable. The hosts are very kind and helpfull. There is a busstop at a 2 minutes walk, as well as a shop for food.

The appartmemt is an hour walk from The center, but The bus compensates that a little. The appartmemt is in a basement, but it is so nice, that in The evening you don't notice at all.

The accommodation was clean and very well equipped. Parking facilities easy and correct distance to the visit the old town.

There was no presence of the owners, everything done through whatsap, even payment was left in cash on the table and keys hanging outside on a nail next to the door, not very secure. When booking, we had not noticed that the accommodation was underground, so no window and no day light. The flat was very well equipped, but not working properly (coffee machine out of order, all water taps and toilet seat not fixed). All correct quality but poor fittings.

Great breakfast selection in super kitchen. All very clean. Great host and a friendly atmosphere. Really a nice place!!

Everything was fine! Once you get used to the distance to the town centre (not very far, about 2.5 kms), all is great.
