The apartment was finished to a pleasant standard

The bedrooms had not been cleaned thoroughly, I found previous persons items down the sides of the bed. There were no hand towels or tea towels in the kitchen

Toasty warm, very clean, small but perfect. Super coffee shop a 100 ft away for breakfast

It was easy to find and well located for busses.

Pots and pans unusable - old dirty and scratched. Knob on washing machine broken.

Really comfortable and situated right by the bus stop which takes you into the city centre. Also right next to an off-licence and lovely cafe.

The late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am) - just didn’t feel like good value for money.
