Alto - Lovely 2 Bedroom Serviced Apartment Bristol by Mint Stays

The apartment itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. The apartment looked as it did online. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely hot shower & the attention to detail, all through the apartment was very good.

The location. It wasn't in the best looking area. The surrounding properties & garden behind the apartment all looked a bit unkept. Also, there was no direct parking available. You had to park down a side road, which was a short walk away from the apartment.

We arrived at the time of check-in and unfortunately there was no 'welcome email' or any information about how to get into the property. Even after calling the number provided several times there was no answer. I had to call Bookings.com customer service and send an email to the property until they called me an hour and a half later (2 hours after check-in opened!). They mentioned T&Cs that had a link to pay a deposit before receiving the code to unlock the keys but I had not received any email and they had to resend it again - it was extremely frustrating as we had two little kids and this information wasn't clearly outlined.

Well situated flat close to city centre fully modernised and clean as a whistle comfy beds and plenty of TV channels would definitely recommend

Could have done with more seating in living room as only a two seater sofa and two dining chairs so as there were four of us we had to take it in turns to dine by the table

The 2nd double bed was twin beds pushed together.

It is an upstairs apartment with family living below. It was very clean & had everything you would need & very stylish in decor. The beds were also very comfortable. Would recommend. Location ideal for Bristol & Bath.

On street parking was difficult to find close by as double yellow lines outside property & most of the streets close by were already full - but this wouldn't put me off coming back.
