Excellent location, quiet for being so central. Great value for the money unless you want to spend time in the apartment for anything other than sleeping. The apartment is well equipped.

This late in the year the apartment was pretty cold, the apartment is pretty worn down and could use some tlc. Other than that the location and number of bedrooms combined with the price still makes it a bargain.

El piso se encuentra en pleno casco antiguo de Riga. Es muy amplio, las habitaciones son muy grandes. La cocina estaba equipada con todo lo necesario. Pudimos aparcar gratis en el patio de la casa

Por poner alguna pega, el edificio es bastante viejo, pero se entiende ya que se encuentra en el casco antiguo de la ciudad. Y había que dejar aparte 1€ por persona al día como impuesto turístico.

The apartment location is excellent, only a few minutes walk from Dom square and its absolute value for money. Very comfortable with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom but no living room which didn’t bother us as we were out and about most of the time. Hot water at all times, and fully equipped kitchen. Well looked after inside and very bright with large windows. The 2 bedrooms are very large and one of them has a cot bed and would easily fit a camp bed available in the closet. Very clean and pleasant for a short stay.

The strong smell of mould in the entrance corridor outside the apartment should not put you down. The apartment benefits from a double-door entrance so they are shut, you cannot smell any of that once inside the apartment.
