Loved the location right on the waterside, the harbour is beautiful. All of the Oslo fjord tours also leave from the same harbour which is really convenient. The apartment is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped. The host was also great and very quick at replying.

Sofa was quite uncomfortable and was tricky to open the balcony door but we eventually figured it out!

In the middle of the city next to the harbour - spot was great!

Bathroom had no space and was dirty just like the carpet in the living room. Sleeping room was okay but the bed was quite small and the mattress too soft.

I liked that it had a secure controlled entrance, and the location was very convenient!

unfortunately some small issues have to be fixed, freezer, either remove the glassdoor in the bathroom or install a washer/drier because although they are in perfect condition, it is almost impossible to empty the drier pouch filled with water we had to turn the drier so it worked but we are experienced and know how to fix things some items are missing in the kitchen to be able to cook a proper meal, remove all rugs, either too old and looking dirty or stained only 3 wine glass

Based off a vibe location with close access to waterside dining and walks. We are taking a cruise, so super handy when we can walk to cruise terminal. Proactive communication and clear instructions sent ahead of arrival time.

Key pickup is at a convenience store near National Theatre station, about 12 min walk to the actual address. It is ok when it’s just on the way, a bit annoying when not going the same direction. Not so much instructions on facilities i.e. washing machine

Insufficient towels and smaller than expected

The location was in close proximity to food and entertainment. The building/apartment were pretty easy to get to and find.

The process of going down to the connivence store to get the apartment key was confusing. The cashier at the store did have a box of keys, but the ones for the apartment did not have my last name on them. It was confusing but then the cashier helped me. Once we had the keys, getting into the apartment was fine. However, when we returned our key on time, I got a text later saying that it was not returned. This was sort of stressful--the key process was a bit bizarre. Any-who, I guess they found the key. Also, the apartment itself was compact; a little small. The linens for bedding and bathroom felt/smelled a little dingy to us.

The place was clean and comfortable. The communication was great. The prices was definitely not bad for this quality of an apartment. Would definitely recommend and use again 😁

The washing machine and dryer

We had to empty a packed dryer of wet towels and sheets and the washing machine of a very wet bath mat due to the cleaning crew, in order to use the washer dryer. Eventually all clothing got washed and everything else dried and folded. No big deal.
