4 Bed City House with Private Garden and Parking

The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes walk into town. The accommodation was clean and spacious, and we all commented on how comfortable the beds were. The showers were great too!

Unfortunately, there was quite a strong smell of bins outside and in the garage..luckily it wasn't too hot so we didn't need to open the windows but if we did it would have been unpleasant. The digital key entry caused a bit of a stress when we arrived and the owner had to let us in. After much researching, once we had turned our phones off and on again it finally registered, and then was fine for the rest of the weekend. The only thing I would say is, with a group of 7, two links isn't enough as we were reliant on one of those two people to get in and out.

Steep steps up to property which was slightly inconvenient for elderly.

Clean, well equipped house, only a few minutes walk from Winchester city centre. Really comfortable beds and enough seats in the sitting room and dining room for everyone. Basics supplied in the kitchen which is always good. Also hand soap and shower gel.

The entry system is electronic and requires you to download an app. For us it wasn’t straightforward, but worked fine after the first evening. The bigger towels are quite small. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

The house was in the perfect location to walk into and explore Winchester. It was super clean, spacious and light. We were a group of 7 friends on a catch up weekend and I’m so glad I found this house as it made for a very special weekend. Lots of seating space both around a large dining table and lounge. It was beautifully decorated with lots of little extras like toiletries and tea and coffee. Beds were super comfy and it was lovely to have the option of 7 single beds. Parking for 2 cars was appreciated too. Communication and support with any enquiries are as prompt and helpful too. Thank you to Esther and Taylor for our stay, we absolutely recommend and will return.

Gorgeous property, very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped and bedrooms lovely. Fab location walking distance from everything. Would love to stay again later in the year but it looks like prices have increased quite a bit.
