"Excellent modern accommodation for a group/family in a good location."

Very convenient location for town and the university (we were moving our daughter in for her second year). The house was very well-presented,equipped and spacious.

We received a number of key codes which were invalid and we had to contact the manager to resolve this.The second key code never worked,which was inconvenient. Physical keys as a bs k up would have made matters much easier.The bedrooms facing the Road were very noisy from early morning with traffic.Although fans were provided we needed to keep the windows open as it was very hot weather. It did not prove possible to view live TV channels,despite some telephone help from the property manager.

"Great place for Winchester"

Great location. Great little home with comfortable accommodations and overall very clean and tidy. Just as pictured. Overall the owners communicated efficiently and the place is great! We recommend it.

My only complaint is the keys -- downloading an app and setting that up was a little challenging for us while traveling with spotty wifi etc. Would have preferred a more traditional route for keys for those traveling from abroad to make it less stressful.

Great location, only a stone's throw from the centre of town. A nice property that's clean and functional, plenty of space and comfortable. Easy access and great communication from the owners.

I think for what the property is listed for, not a lot. It isn't a cosy cottage with a roaring fire, but It didn't profess to be.

"Great stay in Winchester City centre"

Great convenient location, was able to walk into the centre within minutes. House was beautiful and bathrooms were squeeky clean. The private parking on the drive was a great bonus.

"A lovely stay."

A lovely town house, spotlessly clean. A perfect base to explore Winchester. Parking for two cars was also a bonus. Hosts were attentive and quick to reply to queries.

Road noise in the front facing bedroom. However it was hot and the windows were open.
