There was a malfunction with the bathroom.

The location, close to many eateries. The old building and interior design is beautiful.

not the most comfortable for light sleepers. external bathrooms, although private, was a nuisance.

I recently stayed at the KE-Lan-Tan Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The check-in process was seamless, with the staff providing warm and welcoming service that made us feel right at home. We stayed in the family room in the new wing, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for my family to relax and enjoy our stay. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was clear the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards. What stood out most was the hotel’s effort to preserve the historical charm of the building. The vintage switches and thoughtful design details like how they route the cabling and water features in the hotel truly brought the history of the place to life, creating a perfect blend of nostalgia and modern comfort.

The staff were super friendly and approachable, there was always someone around. We stayed in the deluxe king, the room was clean and beautiful (as was the rest of the property) and the bed very comfortable. Aircon worked well and the location was perfect! We loved our stay here :)

Location was fairly central but away from too much traffic. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I was in a room with no window the first night which was dark. Next day I upgraded to a room with window and bathroom in room. This had a much better feel.
