"wonderful place in walking distance from the landmarks of Palermo"

located within the inner city it's a concise walk from the local cathedral (500m) and in the Ballaro market district. the terrace is an absolute highlight, it's 5 stories up, giving you a view of nearly all the city's highlights and spires.

the streets around the location are not the richest, giving the streets below a poor/working class vibe opposite to the touristic vibe 5 streets over.

"Nice terrace and close to the historical center of the town"

The terrace is really nice, apartment decoration is cool, well cleaned, the owner took the time to answer all our questions and provided us with good information. Location is close to the historical center (Palace of the Normans, Cathedral, Quattro Quanti, etc…) and the Ballaro Market which is a must see (or “live” should I write)

The kitchen service might be a little more furnished (lack of knifes for instance). Also keep in mind that the area is in a LTZ (Low Traffic Zone), meaning you’ll need to buy a 5€ daily pass if you move your car to load/unload luggages close to the apartment. The neighbourhood is not really clean and some might not feel safe at night in those streets but we never had issues. We actually had a lot of very kind interactions with the locals so it is not an issue for us.
