[TERRACE WITH VIEW] Attic in old town BallarHome

Very comfortable, clean appartment with all needed appliances, with coffee, tea and cookies for good start. Absolutely fantastic, sunny, green terrace for breakfasts and nice evenings. Very close to local culture, old town and sea. And finally Riccardo - REALLY the most friendly, and helpfull host we met ever.

The cleanliness, styling, owner’s support was outstanding. The outdoor terrace was divine.

The location was not great for a couple who were not so familiar with Palermo. Only a short walk to restaurants & attractions, however this took us a few days to become familiar with.

Property is cozy, well maintained, Riccardo extremely helpful & friendly. I mean he is 10/10! The view for the terrace was amazing. In general the apartment had all basic items you would require for good stay. Thank you again for great accommodation.

The location was close to all attractions, however the area is dirty and it was scary to walk in the area at 9pm. As seem like gangs are hanging around. At night time it was loud music coming from local bar, people are running around on bikes, what we could hear even with windows closed, market would start at 6am. I guess it’s absolutely acceptable for this area, it’s been like this for years, for us it was unpleasant, for others it could be absolutely acceptable.

The host is the sweetest!!! Such warm welcome and ready to help us whenever we need assistance. The apartment is very thoughtful laid out and furnished. We had such an amazing stay. Also, the amazing view from the private balcony is such a big plus!!!

Logistics are very well organized by the host. He provides a very helpful guide for the district and good recommendations for restaurants. There were even umbrellas if you decide to spend a day at the beach :)

We had to leave early for our flight, but in general I prefer check-out times later than 10 AM.

Great location in the city center. The rooftop terrace is incredible. Riccardo is a very kind host and has provided a load of good tips what to do and where to eat.

Location was close to the bus station and shopping area (10 minutes walking), but a bit dangerous at night and dirty. Apartment was very well equiped (even loundry machine was there); Amazing tarrace with city view. The host was super nice and helpful. Thank you Ricarrdo:-)

Exceptional, with a great and caring host who gives immediate help if its needed! Five of us have been there and it was perfect. The location of the apartment is unbelievable. From the big terrace you can see the cupola of Chiesa del Gesu, and the church of San Francesco Saverio, and of course the beautiful Monte Grifone! From the smaller terrace, the cupola and the towers of the cathedral. The Ballaro market starts basically from the house with its flea market part! I would recommend it for someone who visits Palermo for the first time because there is no better starting point for a day than the Ballaro market, and if you have been in Palermo you know it!
