We loved the location of this property, tucked away in a buzzing piazza where we could sit on our balcony and watch the life of Palermo beneath us. Bars, restaurants and shops are only a stones throw away with all main locations within a short walking distance. Our host Giovanni was excellent, arranging a late remote check in and being on hand with restaurant recommendations and checking in regularly to see if we needed help with anything. The room was a generous size, bright, airy, comfortable and clean with plenty of storage and a fantastic shower. We'll definitely stay again when visiting Palermo. Grazie mille Giovanni :)

The location is perfect: it's in a very lively neighborhood, with lots of bars and restaurants that seem to be frequented by locals rather than tourists (of course there are tourists there too, but they don't seem the majority). There are several cool drink/eat places right out the door that stay open late. Despite this, the room is very quiet, because the windows are essentially 4-pane (two full 2-pane windows), and no sound from outside makes it into the room. The distance to all the major Palermo sites is easy walking 10-15 min. The host is very good at check-in/out process, everything worked perfectly. We really enjoyed the stay and would happily recommend this rooms!

There is already a desk in the room, but we think a small table would make a great addition (there is definitely room for it). Otherwise everything was there and in great condition

Giovanni was a fantastic host, very attentive and made me feel welcome. The property is in a perfect location, I was always within walking distance of the main sights. Truly a wonderful stay!
