Accueil parfait de Giovanni qui a été aux petits soins pour nous et qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes et questions (enregistrement des voyageurs, stationnement etc…) L appartement est très confortable et bien équipé (support pour poser à plat la valise, patères et étagères dans la salle de bains). La petite terrasse est très sympa. Enfin l appartement est situé au coeur du centre historique et non loin du marché où vous pourrez déguster de délicieuses assiettes de fruits de mer.

Wszystko top. Pomocny gospodarz. Łatwy check-in check out oraz prosta płatność podatku. Czysto i schludnie. Wszystkie podstawowe sprawy zapewnione. Czyste reczniki, wifi, ciepła pościel, klimatyzacja, kawa, woda, lodówka. Na plus centralne ogrzewanie w zimie, co jest rzadkością w tym regionie. Dobra lokalizacja. Bezpiecznie i blisko do restauracji i barów. Informacyjnie: pierwsze piętro bez windy. Bardzo dobry stosunek cena/jakość.

Giovanni war ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Das Appartment ist grandios gelegen und ist super ausgestattet. Direkt vis-à-vis fand ich mein zweites Wohnzimmer im zauberhaften Cafè OJDÅ, wo ich meinen Spremuta, Cappuccino und Brioche zum Frühstück konsumierte.

Bardzo fajny pokj (numer 4) z podwójnym oknem, co jest bardzo ważne, bo okolica jest dość hałaśliwa, a dzięki temu w środku było super cicho, nawet kiedy za oknem była impreza. Chociaż, jeśli ktoś lubi spać przy otwartym oknie, to może mieć problem. Co do pokoju, to jest wszystko co potrzebne na krótki pobyt: wygodne łóżko, wysposażona łazienka i czajnik, były też jakieś utensylia (kieliszki, otwieracz do wina, itp). Pokój jest bardzo czysty i świezo po remoncie, skromnie, ale elegancko urządzony. Fajnym rozwiązaniem jest jedna karta, która otwiera drzwi do pokoju, do klatki i do drzwi wejściowych na dole, dzięki temu nie trzeba nosić ze sobą pęku kluczy. Włąsciciel był zawsze dostępny i codzinnie dopytywał czy aby czegoś nie potrzebujemy. W dniu wyjazdu mogliśmy bezpłatnie zostawić bagaże aż do wieczora, co było super udogodnieniem.

Nie jest to zarzut, ale dla niektórych niedogodnością może być brak dostępu do kuchi. Dla nas to akurat nie miało znaczenia, bo wolimy jadać na mieście.

Apartment is in the best central spot, making it easy to walk everywhere in Palermo. The place was very clean and the balcony was a nice addition for soaking in the surrounds, with sound proof doors for perfectly quiet and great nights sleep. Our host, Giovanni, was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a welcoming and well-situated home in the heart of the city.

The location was great. The property is central to everything we wanted to see, and is located to many different restaurants. Giovanni was very responsive and helpful, as well, offering us suggestions of places to go/eat/things to do.

An unforgettable stay at Aragona 15 Suites! From the moment I arrived, I felt truly taken care of. Giovanni was incredibly helpful—like having a personal concierge right at my fingertips via WhatsApp. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of lively Palermo, yet surprisingly peaceful inside thanks to excellent soundproofing. The balconies were a lovely bonus, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. This place is a hidden gem—I can't wait to come back!
