Die Unterkunft ist super sauber. Die Besitzer sind wirklich super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Es fehlt in der Wohnung an nichts. Die Küche mit diesem Fenster hätte ich den ganzen Tag rausschauen können.

Gute Lage und sehr gute Ausstattung. Toller Blick auf den See. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Vor allem zu betonen ist die Sauberkeit, so noch nie in einer Unterkunft erlebt. Ebenso die „Willkommens“ Füllung im Kühlschrank. Tolle Gastgeberin.

The property was one of the cleanest I’ve been in-large enough for my family of 5 with amazing views. The owners were so kind and stocked the fridge with essentials to help us out. Great communication and couldn’t do enough for us

Beautiful location, gracious hosts! The apartment is in great shape, has all the things you need. There were eggs, deli meat, breakfast items. Tonnino and Aliona’s rose garden is also beautiful. The kids loved playing with the cats on property especially cafe. Parking was nearby at a school.

Наша семья заняла апартаменты на нижнем этаже с выходом на террасу и бассейн прямо из кухни. Рядом с домом общественный паркинг, а в 20 метрах большая бесплатная стоянка. Подходы к дому без особых подъемов-спусков. Отличный вариант, если в семье есть пожилой человек с трудностями передвижения. Нас тепло встретили гостеприимные хозяева, которые проживают в соседнем доме. Мы получили особенное удовольствие от общения с ними. Позже мы нашли комплимент от хозяев (вино и мясная нарезка), что еще больше усилило приятные впечатления от пребывания в этой локации. Сами апартаменты просторные, современные и комфортные, оборудованы принудительной приточно-вытяжной вентиляцией. На кухне можно найти все необходимое от столовых приборов до техники. И даже больше - краник с газированной водой! Из кухни открывается фантастический панорамный вид на горы и озеро. Из этого места мы уезжали апартаментов с желанием вернуться сюда вновь

Hôtes au grand cœur, d'une incroyable gentillesse. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré un tel sens de l'hospitalité chaleureux, spontané et désintéressé. Hébergement également exceptionnel, tout confort, d'une propreté incroyable et à ne pas manquer. Belle terrasse et belle piscine parfaitement entretenue. Beaucoup de petites attentions (charcuterie, bouteille de vins et autres). Nous avons tout aimé de cet endroit et avons hâte de revenir. Aliona et son très sympathique mari italien valent à eux seuls d'être rencontrés. Merci à eux d'exister !

Notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps et de ne pas pouvoir mettre plus de 10 sur 10 pour récompenser de tels hôtes.

Ein phantastischer Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft. Hervorragende Ausstattung, sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Ein wundervoller Pool mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für einen da, wenn man sie braucht. Einer der besten Unterkünfte in denen wir im den letzten Jahren waren. Weiterempfehlungsrate 100% Danke für den schönen Urlaub und hoffentlich bis bald mal wieder!!!

I have stayed in a lot of places before but have never experienced such a warm welcome from the hosts who actually live just next door. The guest property was their first home in Pescate and it has everything any family could need. It was spotlessly clean (inside and on the patio area) and their cats will spend time with you. If I could rate this more then tens then I would because everything the hosts did was over and above normal expectations. And I haven't even mentioned the pool and the sensational views yet. Anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxing time away in beautiful surroundings and hosts who will do all they can for you, then don't hesitate to book.

Beautiful, clean, and very comfortable accommodation with incredible views and extremely friendly staff. The location is ideal for exploring Lake Como and its surroundings. The only downside was not being able to stay longer… but we will definitely be back!
