Aliona and her family have impeccable taste. The place is absolutely amazing! Such cool decor and perfectly situated on the lake. There was a fridge full of food, and everything you could wish for. One of the best places I have stayed

The host was incredibly welcoming and considerate. As other reviews have mentioned, the accommodation was generously stocked with food, so we didn't even need to buy breakfast. When we wanted to have dinner out, the host, her husband, and their daughter took us to an amazing pizzeria and helped us order! Her husband made a great effort to communicate with us using Google Translate and suggested that we visit the Christmas market in Lecco, which we greatly appreciated. Although we arrived late, we were able to get the key without any issues thanks to her daughter! Lastly, the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

Honestly, there were no real downsides. If I were to be extremely picky, the location was a bit further from our planned route along Lake Como, but that was a result of our own choice. Initially, the address was a little confusing, but their friendly and prompt communication made it a non-issue.

Very clean and the host family is amazing!

Our hostess Aliona was exceptional, friendly, generous and yet only seen when we needed her. The location was perfect and exactly as depicted in the listing, with great views and central to where we wanted to go. It was a great place to come home to at the end of a day of sightseeing and to have dinner in a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and got a great night’s sleep. Free public parking was close by and made it convenient for us as we travelled there by car. It was also great value for money. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again when we come back.

There was no breakfast with the booking, However on arrival Aliona the owner had left us Tea, coffee, breads, croissants, water, eggs, cheese, three different types of meats and water in the fridge. Totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. We were greeted by Aliona and her lovely daughter Elena who both helped us in with our luggage, gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is on one level (which was great for my wife who has mobility problems,) it was immaculately clean, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need and more, including an amazing view of the lake and mountains, and the terrace was great to sit at and enjoy breakfast with even better scenic views. This is more than just an apartment, it is a home were we felt really comfortable and relaxed. I have no problems recommending this place to anyone and if we ever get the chance to return to Lake Como area we will definitely book Aliona's apartment again.

Amazing view, enormous space, great facilities and what the most important, fantastic and kind host.

Wonderful place, very cozy, super clean and spacious. The view from the terrace is gorgeous and looks even better in a real time as photo doesn't really show all the angle of the mountains view. Night view from the terrace is beautiful as well. Owners prepared a lot of snacks and food for breakfast for free on the arrival day, which made our stay exceptional. Owners are wonderful people, always ready to help with anything. We were invited to taste a grill food in the evening, which I politely refused, because we had already planed to visit other place to eat, but still it was really nice and sweet. On our check out day we had difficulties with transfer to other place and Nina and her husband personally took us to that place!

One of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in. The house was beautiful, and the attention to detail was incredible. You can really tell that Aliona puts a lot of love and care into the house. It has amazing views of the lake from the kitchen and a little terrace where you can eat on nice days! Additionally, Aliona left us several items in the fridge as a gift so we could have breakfast—milk, ham, jams, bread, coffee, etc. We had a wonderful stay there. The hosts are a lovely family, always ready to help and make our stay easier. They even went the extra mile by saving us a parking spot with their own car, which they moved when we arrived. I highly recommend it—don’t hesitate to rent 'Le Rose Sul Lago'! Extra tip: If you love cats, this is also the place for you. Aliona has about 5 cats, and if you're patient and know how to approach them, you can get them to come over and pet them.
