The property was clean
It is clear that efforts have been made on this property, however it was so poorly finished. Paint splattered on fire place, patchy walls, no floor plate on bathroom. Taps wrong way in bathroom sink and wobbly fitting, shower didn’t work , bathroom door has been hung a different way and the filling of old hinge marks has been filled badly . Woke by 2 men shouting through the night
