3 Bedroom Home with Free parking

Free parking on road outside the house in a quiet street. Three bedrooms ideal for our needs. Quick initial response to a leaking boiler and refund given for inconvenience.

Boiler leaking on arrival. Unable to fix so boiler turned off which meant no heating or hot water for our 1 night stay.

The woman who helped us, Lynn, was wonderful, apologetic and eager to assist. Property was clean and very secure. Beds were comfortable, bedrooms spacious.

Due to unfortunate timings there was no WiFi (so no TV either), and no hot water, as we were on the way to the property were told a plumber would likely be there to fix the issue before we arrived, which then became two hours after we were meant to check in, then not at all. Considered cancelling, however we were told of the hot water issue too late to book elsewhere without going out of our budget. Curtain rail in the living room was half hanging off. No bulb in the living room light. Walls were thin, neighbours were repeatedly shouting at their children and noisy. Bags of rubbish in the front garden, the area was also quite intimidating; did not bother us but may bother others!

Fantastic property, very clean and secure. Had everything we needed and more. Great value for money. Extra towels and pillows. Bathroom was very nice and tidy.

The area may not be the most perfect at first sight, but the property was still very safe and secure regardless, so there was no worries there.

Clean. Newly refurbished. Comfy and warm. Lovely bathroom, big rooms.

Not the best of areas but once inside all good

There was no breakfast included. There was coffee but we couldn't find any milk and didn't take any unfortunatley but it was only for one night. The house is clean and well presented. Very nice for a night or two away. Good distance from where we were going. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly when messaged. We even received a messsage apologising for a very large amount of rubbish in the front garden but this did not affect our stay. It was also warm and the heating explained which is unusal that someone doesnt scrimp of the heating, that was lovely to come into. Thank you very much for that.

The hand wash and washing up liquid had been watered down that much it shot everywhere when using. I do think it should say that it is street parking as free parking to me suggests a drive or car park and not just the road. The area was not the most appealing but convenient to get to other places. No bulb in the lounge and one of the bedroom, we had to swap lamps as one didn't work.

It was nicely decorated, clean and the heating had already been set for when we arrived. Very modern simplistic design and homely. The host had great communication and was helpful. The beds were comfy and we had a great night's sleep.

The way the furniture was set out in the living room/dining room. If we wanted to eat upto the table we had to move the sofa and table to use the dining table. It looked very nice, just not practical for as and when you needed it. Could benefit from having a double bed for couples as they are only singles.
