Struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente

Desde el primer momento, la atención del host fue excelente: nos compartió todas las recomendaciones clave sobre qué ver en la zona, cómo llegar, cómo hacer el check-in y más. Al llegar nos recibió con agua fresca y dulces de bienvenida para el desayuno (aunque no estaba incluido). El departamento está impecable, lleno de detalles cuidados y un diseño hermoso. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo lo que queríamos visitar.

No tenemos nada malo para decir. Fue una experiencia perfecta. Sin dudas, lo recomendamos al 100 %.

We had a truly lovely experience. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh and welcoming. The location was also perfect — quiet, yet very close to the main sights, restaurants, and everything we needed. What stood out the most, however, was the host — Marco was extremely helpful, always available, and ready to provide us with any information we needed at any time. His kindness and attentiveness really made our stay special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

it was a very good location. Marco was very quick in responding to message and gave clear instruction on the apartment. the croissants and other bits were much appreciated.

the bedrooms could do with hooks to hang stuff up. the small bedroom needs a bedside light. a blind to cover the window between the bedrooms so as not to disturb the other bedroom in the night. instructions on the use of appliances such as the coffee machine. we found the keysafe very stiff and difficult to open. not the numbers but the tab that pulls down.

The apartment was clean and cozy, designed in a lovely modern style with a great vibe. The double bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the Sassi. Marco was incredibly kind and attentive; Even though we didn’t get to meet him in person (it’s a self check-in, which we found very convenient), he kept checking in on us, offering recommendations, and making sure we were okay. He even left us a thoughtful welcome gift, which we really appreciated.

This place would be perfect for a couple or a small family (2+1). We stayed with two kids who each needed their own bed, which made the space feel a bit crowded. Furthermore, the kitchen facilities are designed for a smaller group (small pot and pan), so cooking for all of us was a bit challenging. The water boiler also seems to be small, so we had to wait between showers for the hot water to replenish, which was somewhat inconvenient.
