"Very modern apartment with easy parking and great host"

Very modern well equipped apartment with easy parking directly outside. Bakery, fruit shop and small supermarket within 50 mts of apartment. Very helpful host.Quiet location

Walk to old town and sights is about 20mins which could be an issue if you have mobility issues

The apartment was amazing and comfortable. Marco offered many recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The location is easy walk from to explore the sights of Matera. I highly recommend this stay for 1-3 people. Well appointed and everything new and fresh! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

"Cute, fresh apartment with very kind proprietor"

This is a very clean and fresh property, perfect for a family. The property owner was extremely kind and gracious. He checked in via text daily to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed any assistance in the area. He helped us with scheduling hotel trips and restaurant recommendations. The location is a about a 16 minute walk to the center of the SASSI, but also has access to a Bar, Pizza shop. Bread shop with all kinds of bakes treats, etc. It was a lovely stay and we would definitely stay here again.
