The location, cleanliness and property in general were good

The mattresses need to be replaced as clearly very old and uncomfortable. The towels provided were also very old.

Location, living area and kitchen great. I went with my brother to do some walking and we just needed a place for downtime, storage for our over night stuff and a place to sleep, so was all good.

The bedrooms and bathroom need a little TLC. I think at some point the whole property has had some investment and that is clear from the shared living space. For a few friends just needing to get their heads down it's all fine, but I think couples and families might expect something more modern for the sleep areas and the bathroom.
