"Overpriced"

The easy acess to the casino.

It was overpriced and no microwave in our room. Also surprisingly small considering the price.

"very good except for the broken fridge and slow response of engineers"

dinner at the cafe was OK

refrigerator in room didn't work. Took engineers two hours to show up, then they coudnt fix it so we had to move to another room.

"Tri-cities hit the jackpot with the Hard Rock"

Room was amazing and the casino was so fun. Every staff member I encountered was the epitome of southern hospitality. I was with my mom too so very much appreciated the accessibility of the bathroom and shower. Complimentary valet was super helpful for accessibility too.

I have no complaints other than normal taxes and fees.

The casino floor is very clean and well lit. All staff we encountered were very helpful and cordial.
