"Tri-cities hit the jackpot with the Hard Rock"

Room was amazing and the casino was so fun. Every staff member I encountered was the epitome of southern hospitality. I was with my mom too so very much appreciated the accessibility of the bathroom and shower. Complimentary valet was super helpful for accessibility too.

I have no complaints other than normal taxes and fees.

Very clean, perfect place to stay. Staff was great everywhere. There is not one bad thing I could say. Other than I wish I had more days to stay and enjoy.

"Half way home stay"

Room was great. Bed was comfortable and large king with a very large screen tv. Valet took you to and from your car in a golf cart. That was very nice.

Was disappointed on the different varieties of table games. I think they only had one craps table and it was packed. Not a casino I will go out of my way to go to.

it's easier to say what I did not like: the cigarette smoke was heavy. did not have 3 card poker and no tables at all in the non smoking section
