Everything was up to the mark ... definitely we wil recommend this property to our frnds and family.... The food is amazing and tasty the service is excellent 👌👌... Great experience here.. All the staff was very supportive and cooperative with us every time... Best Pichola Lake View Hotel in Udaipur.

Our stay was delightful, especially thanks to the rooftop restaurant which offered a stunning view. I'd rate them 5 stars for their excellent service, food quality, and proximity to the lake. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Best Boutique Hotel in Udaipur

The room was big.

First of all, the room was extremely cold. Like REALLY cold, especially at night. And the only way to warm it up was with a space heater which was this small thing that’d constantly overheat and turn off on its own. Secondly, our bedsheets had multiple big stains all over. Towels had some smaller stains, too. Thirdly, it took soooo long for the water to get hot. I’m talking 5 to 10 minutes of running the faucet. Finally, the check-out was a nightmare, the receptionist was confused about everything and couldn’t answer any of our questions. Couldn’t even tell if we could pay the outstanding amount with a card, while the POS terminal was right in front of him. Someone else had to come down to the reception to tell him it was fine. Overall, I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
