Nothing good in the property, Poor service with poor food

the property is exceptional in terms of location. 1. location - rooftop cafe 2. food was good - we ordered Indian food for dinner. 3. staff was pleasant.

1. value for money - I expected better amenities - we had to ask for hand towels, water, extra blankets etc. 2. service was poor - no hot water in the morning for both the days and it took multiple calls. and still I had to take a cold shower.

The Property is located on a little inside road opposite to Chunda palace. Location works well for travellers. Check - in was comfortable. Although the staff was very respectful and took action to our requests very quickly. The cafe is the highlight of the place with very nice sunset place and decent food. You may find live music sometimes which is an added benefit. Overall the stay can be improved with a few minor changes to their service. Rest it was comfortable and a good stay

The room lobby was smelly and had big garbage bags just outside our rooms, which was a trouble while moving in (although it was cleaned eventually). The room bathroom had a very poor odour with no freshners provided. There is very poor view from the windows which literally face a wall all covered with pigeon droppings 🤢

A great choice to consider.. This was a lovely hotel and very well positioned in Udaipur. The room was immaculate and filled with luxurious details. The roof-top restaurant "Hot Pot" is incredible and cuisine available there is well worth the cost. The hospitality team was very pro-active towards our needs. The hotel itself is spacious and has amazing features. Everything was perfect. Will be back soon.
