Everything. The caravan had not been cleaned in-between guests. There was a dirty sheet on the kitchen floor on arrival and no sheet on the double bed. The bedding in the singles were grubby. The caravan had a musty and cigarette smell. The simplest of cleanliness, like dusting, was not even done. I honestly don't know how you can charge what you charge. Disgusting.

The caravan was not clean on arrival. There was no wifi. The number for the owner was not recognised. There were used dirty sheets on the floor. The owner 'forgot' to clean the caravan and moved us to another one. The new caravan had a leaking shower, exposed screws in the door thresholds that hurt my childrens feet. The head rests on the headboard of the main bed had been torn off, exposing 2 dozen sharp staples centimeters away from our heads. The wifi box had to be reset to get internet. The tv was broken, as was the tv remote. My family of 4 had 1 towel to use for 24 hours until the owner found time to bring more. One of the sofas borders had busted, making sitting on it uncomfortable as you'd sink into the sofa and your legs rested on the wooden frame.
