The new manager was so welcoming and friendly Breakfast was really good We went visiting relatives in the area and this place was ideally located for us, we will definitely stay there again.

Really accommodating staff. Got us continental breakfast for an early check out. Ideally placed on the canal and National Cycling Network

This is a wonderful place to stay - right on the canal. Great pub underneath and such welcoming staff. Lovely outside seating areas too. Our room had a lovely view, plenty of space and really comfortable. No problem about storing our bikes overnight. And best of all, when my husband left his specs behind, the landlady posted them back to us. We would go back!

The first time we stayed at this establishment, we were provided with breakfast. It would have been nice to get the same instead of having to go searching for somewhere else to eat before heading home.

Even by the standards of electric showers this was unreliable and largely useless

Very good breakfast, handy having the bar below you.

Low pressure on the shower, would prefer a pot of tea, rather than a mug made for you..
