Gray's Manor - Lake Memphremagog

An Awesome place to relax!

Had access to kitchen and living room

Very convenient location, easy check in, beautifully appointed, quiet, comfortable bed, easy-to-use coffee maker, a few little snacks, comfy chairs and good reading lights.

We weren’t certain where to park, although there was plenty of space in an adjacent lot.

No breakfast served, but there's a full kitchen for use by guests.

There weren't any condiments, e.g. salt, pepper, in the kitchen.

Location was great for lake views. Many rooms had balconies to sit and enjoy views.

Need to get internet up and running so that TV’s will work. Looks like it will be in the future. Could use a better sign out front to know where property is.

The view from the upper deck and the whole house smelled amazing everything was very nice well kept

The wifi was not working

No TV and WI-FI connection. No railing on stairs, No shades for privacy. No one to reach for help

It was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

The bathroom needs hooks to hang clothes or towels. Also there was no wifi for the unit.

it is a new facility so everything is brand new. I was on the second floor I had a balcony overlooking the lake it has a nice patio and I was able to enjoy a nice cup of tea in the evening and coffee in the morning.

not too much that I didn't like. I realized that this is a new property so a few very minor things were missing like a garbage for the used coffee pod and possibly a mat in front of the sliding glass door when you come from the balcony so that you don't track any dirty unto their beautiful hardwood floors..
