Gray's Manor - Lake Memphremagog

This house is very spacious. The lake view from the house is pretty.

The house itself is very nice but not clean enough. There are many flies and mosquitoes inside. You can also see many dead insects and dust on the floor, especially under the bed.

Warm, comfortable, charming property. 30 minutes to Jay Peak, tea/hot chocolate/candy packets in room felt welcoming, fully stocked kitchen allowed me to cook leftovers, delicious Italian restaurant in town (Lago Trattoria) was exceptional. I stayed here twice for two Jay Peak trips and would stay again next year if I find myself up here again.

The only complaint I had was that the room was very, very warm even with the heat in the room lowered down to nothing had to actually open a window when it was 0° outside

A warm winter stay!!! My wife is from Vermont. So it was my first stay ever in an Airbnb! Was skeptic however i have Sarah for being awesome! My original stay was accidentally double-booked, but Sarah reached out immediately and handled everything so graciously. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, offering an even better nook—and we couldn’t have been happier! The home(nook) was perfect: quiet, cozy, and welcoming, yet close to everything—shopping, restaurants, and anything else we needed. The amenities were fantastic, from the beautiful lake view to the convenient parking. It’s a perfect spot, whether you’re traveling solo or with a group of 5-7. Sarah was an incredible host—super communicative, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
