The people above my room walking around was a bit loud. TV was not connected to cable/ internet. Need to refill shampoo/conditioner. No cream for coffee

Very clean, up to date, view of lake from the living room, excellent a/c, quiet, comfortable furniture.

No half and half for coffee, no black out shades, no snacks or welcome acknowledgment

"Easy to get in, nice inside, well decorated, and a quick walk to East side restaurant on the water."

The property was nice inside. 4 bedrooms and a full kitchen/living room/dining room.

There were some flies, mostly downstairs. Add a TV to balcony room.

Cleanliness, lake view balcony and porch, quiet neighborhood, walkability to water and nearby shopping, coffee amenity, common area TV and kitchen

Booking process -> price (it went from $161 to $210 in each step unexpectedly) terribly misleading, parking a bit confusing

Gray's Manor was beautiful. The place was spotless. There were 4 rooms but no one else was there so we had the entire place to ourselves.
