Gray's Manor - Lake Memphremagog

The room (Terrace Villa) was perfect for what we needed it for. We were visiting friends so we were out with them the majority of the day. The room was nicely appointed and we had our own private bathroom which was nice.

We checked in early 2:00 and the housekeeper didn't leave us new towels for the bathroom. Not totally her fault, I believe she thought we had been there Friday night also. I messaged the owners on Sunday morning and someone came by and gave us all new towels and washcloths. Their response time was very quick, approximately 20 minutes. Everything worked out fine.

Did not know it was an airbnb that had to be shared with other people. Expected a hotel room.

Beautiful home, super clean and very tastefully decorated! Quiet location with a great view of the lake. Easy access to restaurants, etc.

I would have appreciated a few minor additions, like a box of tissues, an extra pillow for sleeping, and an additional set of towels/washcloths. A handrail installed on the front porch would be very helpful and add to the safety of your visitors.

Lovely location. Equipment was first class. Generous K-Cups and cream for coffee. Adequate refrigerator. The common area was lovely and comfortable. First class few of the lake from our bedroom.

It would have been nice to have a small table, like a coffee table in the bedroom in front of the couch.

Location was excellent. Plenty of coffee and creamers available.

I wif=sh the driveway and parking had some kind of barrier (rocks, railroad ties, etc.) because of the steep drop off.

Before we arrived I realized I had booked for the wrong day! I called the number they provided and they switched our reservation with no fanfare at all. Very refreshing! The house was immaculate and looked like it had just been meticulously renovated/upgraded. Lakeview from deck was dreamlike - truly. I couldn't be more emphatic in recommending this quintessential New England getaway.

The location was great. The home was very clean and spotless. It felt very comfortable. Check in was easy and simple. Such a lovely stay.
