Gray's Manor - Lake Memphremagog

Very clean room in a quaint house. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom a good size. Parking was very easy, too.

We arrived at night and it was a little hard to pick out which driveway was right (especially in the snow) but not too much of a problem.

The location was good. The parking was OK given that the Inn was full on Saturday night. The shared spaces were lovely and warm and not utilized by any of the guests during my stay.

The heat in my room on the first floor was not working. I tried everything to warm up the room on Saturday night. I also looked for extra blankets as all the bed had was a sheet and a bedspread with a throw blanket available. The ROKU was also difficult to navigate and I could not watch any local TV. After night one I contacted the manager and was moved to the room upstairs that was now vacant and the heat was working. Noise from upstairs was distracting on night one. Liquid dispensers in the bathrooms were empty so pack your own.

The room (and the manor in general) is very clean, we had the room with the balcony and it had a nice view. The area is quiet.

The cell phone signal is very, very weak & access to emails is dicey. We weren't able to access the info sent by the host. The air conditioner did work in our room. Wrote the host to let them know but never heard back.

Clean, modern, spacious place, Nice decks and chairs to just relax. Nice views from the place's high venue.

The ceilings slope down in places upstairs because of the design. Watch your head!

This place was awesome . It was clean and beautifully decorated . The bed was super comfy.
