It was great. Walking distance to all tourist attractions, and only a 5min walk from one of the markets. They also let us check in early, and leave our bags the next day (we were running a marathon). The brekkie was normal for Italy, and was in the room so we could have it any time. I read a few reviews that the bathroom smelled, but we did not smell any of the drainage that was mentioned, and it was super clean.

The place was very clean, and the staff was both helpful and welcoming. The woman who greeted us stood out—she made sure we had all the information we needed about our stay, including breakfast and how to use the coffee machine. Her friendly and clear guidance made everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend! The location is a 15-minute walk to the "Palermo Lolli" train station, a 5-minute walk to "Supermercato Di Liberto Decò," and a 7-minute walk to the "Conad" supermarket. 10-minute walk to "Palermo Cathedral" 9-minute walk to "Il Capo (Monte di Pietà)"

The property is at 3rd floor and there is no lift provided. The provided breakfast is a packed bread, biscuit with jam. The car parking is a bit far away from the property.

The location was great. The staff was very enthusiastic, friendly and instructive. The room and facilities are new and nice. In the hall there is an abundance of cookies, pastries and coffe. A very interesting feature of the room were the colorful RGB lights in the shower which were really relaxing and fun.

The pipe in the bathroom is set a bit too far from the sink so it spashes around a bit. There weren't any hooks for the towels so we had to organise in different ways.
