Everything was great. The place is new, furniture is new. The location was perfect, it is really central in Palermo but not laud from music or parties. It was really clean and the manager and employees were really nice. They were helpful and kind. We stayed 5 days and it was worth the money. Breakfast was included, it was not our style breakfast but it was good if you like a sweet breakfast with croissants. We would stay here again. We wish them best for their new business.

The only feedback I have is that, on our last day, they asked if we would like to pass to the other room which was a better room. Because of their organizational situation. We said we had only one day left so and we liked our room so we would like to stay. They said of course no problem. In the evening when we arrived back (there was one single bed in the room which we didn't need so we put our stuff on it) the single bed was gone. They needed it probably for the other reservation/room which is fine. But they didn't let us that they would take something from our room. Our staff was on the bed and they were all moved without our knowledge. It was a little upsetting. However, they were good people I am sure there were no bad intentions but it would be great to know what will happen to our room.

The room is nice a specious, good location, great communication with the staff.

Too much perfume and scents! The sheets also seem to be impregnated with scent. For people with sinus issues it can really be difficult. Loud water pump just outside the window.

Very clean and comfortable. The location is petfect, walking distance to all attractions. There is free parkung on the street. Not many many spotsthough. Thank you to Francesco for the warm welcome and the tips 😊
