Mt. Vernon Motel

Not much. It was close to the Renaissance Faire, I guess.

Room was quite dirty, door did not close securely- I felt unsafe there. Sink was clogged and didn’t drain. No staff in office, had to text a random phone number taped to the front door to find someone to get us checked into our room. Box of condoms prominently displayed in the office.

The beds and pillows were rather comfortable. The room stayed nice and cool.

There was a strange, unpleasant smell coming from behind the TV in our room. The pull-out mattress also had a noticeable, yellow stain.

It was a wonderful time. Everyone was.pleasent and.helpful. we would recommend this place to anyone

Could not honestly say that all was great

Location was great loved that it was close to the PA Ren Fare. Had a nice little dinner next door to eat breakfast or lunch if we wanted. Staff was really nice and helpful when on the phone.

Faucet in the room did spit out water so we would get splashed when using.

Extremely disappointed with our stay. We were on the end unit, and anytime another room flushed their toilet, our entire room smelled like sewage. We had to deal with the smell the whole night. The bed was super uncomfortable and the sink did not drain.

Clean room, looked as if recently remodeled, I expected the room to be old and run down, but the walls seemed freshly painted, and the flooring appeared to have been recently done, for a cheap motel room it was clean and comfortable.

Where it was located was beautiful

VERY outdated, pictures on website don't resemble what you get. People very loud that were next and above me. Doors slamming.

Easy check in, no hassle or unnecessary questions, straight to the point and no one bothered us after we checked in. Clean standerd motel room. Little outdated but for the price I'm not asking for the Ritz. Plenty of hot water, clean sinks and toilets. No rodents or bugs. I'd sleep here again 👍

Couldn't find the wifi password and the office setup is a bit strange the door stays locked and you have to press a call button or call a number to be let in. A/C was nice and cold but smelled moldy and like mildew and I think it irritated our allergies.
