The apartment was lovely and had everything you required

The cinema room

The wifi did not work in the cinema, due to it being in the basement. As we collected the keys we were told the staff had added a router - this did not work and it took over an hour to try and set up. In the end we had to use mobile data and screen play to watch tv. Both bedrooms didn’t have one working plug socket - had to charge phones in other room.

Very easy collection of code to gain access to the property, not what you would expect from the outside of the apartment. Apartment is huge with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and a cinema room!!!!!!!! Could not fault the property and was super easy to check in and check out, great location to central Plymouth, The Hoe, Barbican and Royal William Yard. Would 100% recommend anyone to stay here and will be returning, although not mentioned a car park is available 5 minutes down the road which is very cheap.

Our sons loved the cinema room. It was warm n cosy. The apartment was well equipped and comfy beds and sofas

Dehumidifiers worked well but when we lifted the dogs beds to go home they were damp underneath. Could do with instructions for the heating. We managed but weren't sure if we got a 1 hrs boost or just put it on. So may be more economically used if there are clear instructions. Radiator in single room wasn't working but we reported it to maintenance team so should be fixed soon.

Great decor

Very cosy and nicely decorated. It also felt clean and the cinema room was great.

Could not get the hot water to work despite reading the brochure, the instructions and the inspire web pages so had to have cold showers and as the weather this weekend wasn’t great it wasn’t pleasant. Also couldn’t managed to get the stove to work so would maybe have instructions somewhere (there might be some already that I just didn’t see so apologies if that is the case) but every other facility was spot on. Parking was very limited so if you are not from Plymouth and travelling with a car Royal William yard is the closest place to park which isn’t ideal.
