Ocean City Luxury 1st Floor Flat

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The location was excellent, close to local attractions and public transportation. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the host was very responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Everything was great

Spacious kitchen and living room. Modern furniture and fittings. Very clean. Jo was very responsive to my complaints about missing items.

Arrangements for collecting key code from Lockyer St and long walk to the apartment. No washing up liquid or cloth. No bin bags. No tea towel. No soap in bathroom. No hot water on day 2.

As the entry was keyless it would have been better to have been issued the codes rather than having to collect them from another location. Also there was a mixup with the number of people registered as staying so not enough bedding was initially provided. However it was sorted out very smoothly and promptly

The shower gave me anxiety 😅 There’s nothing on the bottom on the shower screen to stop the water going on the floor and out the door. Made a little fort out of towels, but working in property, I was panicking about flooding the place out 😅😂

There seemed to be hundreds of messages from the host company, it was all getting quite complicated. I almost got billed again for the stay but luckily had a screenshot of my bank account on me to prove that I wasn’t going to pay again! We had to walk in the opposite direction to get keys, when there wasn’t in fact keys- it was a code, so I’m not sure why this information couldn’t be sent to avoid the walk the opposite way, and then 20 minutes from there to the appartment. It was a real faff. But the apartment was lovely. These little issues could easily be ironed out

Location was perfect for our purpose of attending a concert at the Pavilions & the apartment was lovely! Thankfully it was a wkend so the businesses were closed opposite which meant it was very quiet! Also the facilities provided with the apartment were excellent (tea,coffee,biscuits,fairy liquid, lovely towels etc)

Way too many emails in the week prior to our stay especially as many were saying the same thing 🤦‍♀️ More info re parking for Emma Street - I spent a lot of time prior to our stay trying to establish where we could park, for how long, closest car park etc!! The garden was very disappointing as there wasn’t any seating & it was a lovely afternoon! Pillows could have been better quality!
